Device compatibility and requirements

If your device is older or you prefer not to install an app, the web interface offers the same functionality through your browser. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android APK; iOS and web apps use browser cache only and do not require large installations.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If installation fails on Android, verify that you have enabled Unknown Sources in Settings → Security. Some devices also block installations via email or certain browsers; try downloading the APK directly from our website using your phone's native browser. On iOS, if the certificate trust prompt does not appear, try deleting the app cache (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → chat 7meter → Offload App) and reinstalling. For web users experiencing slow loads, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. If the app crashes after install, force-close it and reopen—our app performs a self-check on first launch and may take extra seconds. Data, permissions, and account security
We at chat 7meter collect only the permissions your app needs to function. On Android, the app requests internet access (to connect to our servers), storage (to cache assets locally), and optional microphone access if you use live-dealer audio chat. iOS apps use the system's standard permission prompts for camera (if you take a screenshot of your account for support) and location (optional, for regional payment routing). All sensitive data—your email, password, bank details, and transaction history—is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell or share your personal information. Your account remains secure even if you switch devices: simply log in with your email and password, re-authenticate with KYC if required, and your account fully restores.
